BACKGROUND

Construction of new 3000 m2 concrete lorry park.

SCOPE OF WORKS

• Excavation and removal of 1500m3 of spoil.
• Crushing and reusing as fill of existing concrete hardstanding.
• New drainage system including a petrol interceptor and connection to the main sewer.
• New ducting for electrical and mechanical services.
• Construction of new 200 mm thick concrete hardstanding.
• Supply and fitting of Armco Barrier and Bollards.
